Good morning everyone a big TGIF to you all lol I know what I said about not rushing life but damn the weekend is a welcome sight for sure lol it’s been a long tiring week.

Today I get to show you the gorgeous  NY basement loft by Kraftwork that was released as part of this months Builder’s Box.   It has a footprint of 12 x 23 and and Land Impact of just 172Li.   It is 100% mesh and comes copy/mod/no transfer.

Good morning everyone,  I do have a small ramble today,  just a brief mention to the quote my post is named after.  I see so so many negative posts on SLFB, people attacking each other, slamming each other with hateful remarks, even people ganging up on someone for mistakes made that they may apologize for.   I’ve started to remove people like this, I don’t need such negativity in my life.

We only get one chance at life, is it really so hard to all be nice, helpful and supportive of each other,  to not judge and let people make their own choices aslong as its nothing illegal or hurting anyone.   I’m a positive person by nature, yes I have my off days as does everyone but I like to think when people think of me, this is what they see, as the quote says “If you cannot be positive, then at least be quiet”.

My gorgeous dress does need a mention though, its by American Bazaar and it’s the new June Group Gift, amazing right?   Classy yet sexy all in one bundle.   Hair is by Tram and shoes are by KC.

I am loving working on decor scenes more lately, well I love to learn new things and challenge myself, today’s was a fun one,  there are so many things, from so many amazing designers that I won’t mention them all individually as they are all listed below with links to stores and events.
